Our role

IndoreRent is a platform that connects property owners with prospective tenants. We are not a broker, agent, or party to any rental agreement. All negotiations and tenancy arrangements happen directly between owner and tenant.

Owner responsibilities

• You must be the owner (or authorised representative) of any property you list.
• Listing details, photos and videos must be accurate and current.
• You must not post duplicate, fake, or broker listings.

Tenant responsibilities

Verify property details independently and exercise normal caution before making any payment. Never pay a deposit before viewing a property and confirming the owner's identity.

Content & moderation

We may review, hide, or remove any listing that violates these terms or appears fraudulent. Listings expire after 14 days unless renewed.

Liability

We provide the platform "as is" and are not responsible for the conduct of any user or the outcome of any tenancy. Use the service at your own risk.
